红景天注射液在外科高风险手术前的应用
Effect of Rhodiola Rosea Injection on Preoperative Treatment in High-Risk Surgery

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of preoperative use of Rhodiola rosea injection in high-risk surgery. Methods One hundred and 80 cases of high-risk surgical patients admitted were enrolled and ran-domizely divided into three groups. Besides conventional treatment, Rhodiola rosea injection was used 3 days be-fore operation in one group,in another group early goal directed therapy (EGDT) was used 6 hrs before opera-tion. Patients of control group were treated with conventional therapy. ScvO2, lactic acid, SaO2 was measured, and the incidence of postoperative complications was observed and compared. Results After 3 days of using Rhodiola rosea injection, compared with the control group, there were significantly difference on ScvO2 and lac-tic acid either in Rhodiola group or in early goal directed therapy (EGDT) group, while there was no difference between Rhodiola group and EGDT group. All groups had no difference on SaO2. Either Rhodiola group or EGDT group could significantly reduced postoperative complications (P<0.01). Rhodiola group had more advan-tages in the reduction of postoperative complications of cardiovascular system. Conclusion As preoperative treatment of high-risk surgery Rhodiola has good application prospect. It can not only improve hypoxia condi-tion, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, but also save ICU resource. The preoperative use of Rhodiola may show more advantages than EGDT.关键词
