中低位直肠癌区域淋巴结微转移
Micrometastasis in Regional Lymph Nodes of Low and Middle Rectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the micrometastasis in regional lymph nodes of low and middle rectal cancer. Methods The expression of keratin19(K19) mRNA was measured in tumor tissues of 15 cases and 127 regional lymph nodes from low and middle rectal carcinoma patients by using reverse transcriptase-poly-merase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results K19mRNA expression was detected in all 15 rectal cancers, but not in 11 benign lymph nodes. Of the 127 negative lymph nodes by histological staining, 13 lymph nodes were with positive expression of k19mRNA. Conclusion The micrometastasis station of negative lymph nodes of low and middle rectal cancer by routine hispathological examination is 10.2%(13/127).关键词
