中西医综合疗法治疗下肢慢性静脉性溃疡64例临床观察
Clinical Observasion of 64 Cases with Lower Limbs Venous Ulcer Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective To investigate the comprehensive therapy of integrated Chinese and western medi⁃cine for chronic venous ulcer of lower extremities (ecthyma) and clinical curative effect. Methods Sixty-four patients had combined systemic therapy and local treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medi⁃cine. The wound area in patients before and after treatment, the wound healing rate, wound healing time, and oth⁃er indicators were studied and compared. Results After treatment of 8 weeks,there were clinical cure in 41 cases, markedly effective in 8, effective in 9, and invalid in 6 cases; the healing rate was 64.1%, markedly effec⁃tive rate was 76.6%, with the total efficiency of 90.6%. Conclusion Combined therapy in the treatment of chronic venous ulcer of lower extremities has good curative effect.关键词
