深静脉血栓形成中医证型与黏附因子的相关性研究
Relationship between Deep Vein Thrombosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Cell Adhe-sion Molecules

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between deep vein thrombosis(DVT) in different syn⁃dromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and cell adhesion molecules. Methods Based on the syn⁃drome differentiation type of TCM, 70 patients with DVT were divided into the syndrome of pathogenic damp⁃ness-heat(A), the syndrome of blood stasis and dampness(B), and 30 healthy people were taken as control. All patients and healthy persons were detected blood serum levels of ICAM-1, P-selectin, E-selectin by immunotur⁃bidimetry. Results The detection of ICAM-1 in A, B and C groups showed respectively:(194.746 ± 18.237) ng/mL, (206.742 ± 23.361) ng/mL, and (160.435 ± 23.410) ng/mL, The DVT levels in patients with ICAM-1 in A and B groups were higher than that in group C(P<0.01), the ICAM-1 level of group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.01). P-selectin in group A, group B and group C expression level showed:(54.093 ± 6.606) ng/mL, (49.889 ± 7.363) ng/mL, and (31.166 ± 6.945) ng/mL, in the order of decreasing, with signifi⁃cant differences(P<0.05, P<0.01). While the E-selectin expression levels in the three groups were:(64.125 ± 8.482) ng/mL, (30.975 ± 8.723) ng/mL, and (27.465 ± 4.934) ng/mL, group A was higher than those in group B and group C (P<0.01, P<0.05), but no significant difference compared with B group and C group (P>0.05). Conclusion There is a certain relationship between cell adhesion molecules and TCM syndrome type of deep venous thrombosis and the level of ICAM-1, P- selectin and E-selectin can help TCM syndrome differentiation .关键词
