清解重剂治疗术后发热的总体疗效评定
Effect of Qing Jie Zhong Ji(清解重剂)on Postoperative Fever

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Qing Jie Zhong Ji(清解重剂)on postoperative fever. Methods Seventy cases of postoperative fever from surgical and orthopedic department (including spinal, traumatic orthopedic, joint departments) of Wangjing Hospital of China Acedemy of Chinese Medical Science (CACMS) were treated by Qing Jie Zhong Ji(清解重剂)during 2012 to 2014. By the method of randomized con⁃trolled trail the conditions of the patients, were analysed not only the changes of body temperature before and af⁃ter using Chinese medicine, but also the white blood cell count. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with two kinds of treatments for postoperative fever (P>0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 94.29%. Adverse reactions and adverse events have not been found during the process of the study. Conclu⁃sion Qing Jie Zhong Ji(清解重剂)treatment for postoperative fever is safe and effective.关键词
