芍倍注射液辅助痔上黏膜错位套扎术治疗中重度痔疮临床观察
Clinical Observation of Shaobei Injection Combined with EPH in Treatment for Patients with Moderate and Severe Degree Hemorrhoid

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the east rubber band ligation and coin⁃cide of dislocation for prolapse and hemorrhoid (EPH) with Shaobei injection in the treatment for patients with moderate and severe degree hemorrhoid. Methods seventy-two patients with moderate and severe degree hemorrhoid (Ⅲ~Ⅳ) were divided into two groups: the treatment group (39 cases, EPH combination with Shaobei injection group) and the control group (33 cases, EPH group). The operation time, perioperative bleeding, the cu⁃rative rate and postoperative complication were examined. Results The operation time of treatment group and control group was (15 ± 5) min and (13 ± 4) min respectively. The cure rate was respectively 97.4% and 96.7%, without difference statistically significant (P>0.05). The amount of bleeding was (10 ± 3) mL and (14 ± 2) mL re⁃spectively in the treatment group and the control group. The difference was statistically significant. No complica⁃tion was found, but 6 cases with complications were found in the treatment group, with statistically significant dif⁃ference between them (P=0.013). Conclusion EPH combined with Shaobei injection shows a safe and effec⁃tive method in the treatment of moderate and severe degree hemorrhoid (Ⅲ~Ⅳ). This combination is shown by shortening operation time,reducing bleeding and less postoperative complications, lowering cost,and quickening recovery, thus it can be popularized.关键词
