Literature Analysis of 36 Cases of Anaphylactic Shock Induced by Gugua Extractives
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical features and the regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by gugua extractives so as to provide a reference for rational drug use.Methods:To retrieve the case reports of anaphylactic shock induced by gugua extractives by key words searching and the data was analyzed statistically. Results:About 29 articles including 36 cases reported the anaphylactic shock caused by gugua extractives. About 25 cases (69.4%) of anaphylactic shock were caused by gugua extractives in the recent two years and 75.0%of anaphylactic shock occurred in the process of the first time using gugua extractives and 66.7% of the reactions happened within 10 minutes of the drug administration. Conclusion:The anaphylactic shock caused by gugua extractives usually occurred in a short time but with critical conditions. It should arouse more attention by clinicians.关键词
