HPLC测定神农镇痛膏中血竭素的含量OA
Content Determination of Dracorhodin in Shennong Analgesic Plaster by HPLC
目的：建立神农镇痛膏中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），色谱柱Kromasil C18（150 mm ×4.6 mm ，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（40∶60）；检测波长440 nm。结果：血竭素进样量在0.10～0.50μg之间呈良好的线性关系（r ＝0.9997），平均回收率为97.32%， RSD =1.6%。结论：测定方法简便、准确，重复性好，阴性对照无干扰，可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of dracorhodin in shennong analgesic plaster. Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and pharmaceutical C18 column(150 × 4.6 mm, 5μm),a mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate (40∶60) and the detection wavelength was at 440nm.
