河南千里光根茎化学成分研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Senecio Scandens from Henan , and provide a basis for the resource exploitation . Methods:Using chromatographic analytical technique to isolate the chem-ical compositions from the rhizomes of Senecio Scandens and the chromatography method to identify the structure of monomeric compound . Results and Conclusion:Three compounds were isolated and identified from the rhizomes of Senecio Scandens , which were pentacosanoic acid ,β-sitosterol and sucrose . Pentacosanoic acid and β-sitosterol were obtained for the first time from the rhizomes of Senecio Scandens .关键词
