Abstract
Objective:To develop a novel method for rapid detection of the foreign organic matters in rabdosia rubescens tablets with NIR correlation coefficient method . Methods: Near infrared determination was adopted with near infrared spectroscopy as the reference spectra which did not contain foreign organic matters in rabdosia rubescens tablets . The correlation coefficient of threshold in specific spectra section was established with testing samples and ref-erence spectra , and fast detection was conducted for the presence of foreign organic matters in the testing samples . Results: The threshold of 70% was set up in 8 802 ~4 430 cm-1 characteristic spectrum . Of 78 batches of the validat-ed samples , 52 batches contained foreign organic matters and the correlation coefficient of 51 samples was less than 70%, accounting for 98 . 08% of the total samples . Conclusion: This method is simple , fast and accurate , which is easy for operation . It is suitable for rapid screening by using drug testing vehicles on sit and is worthy recommending .关键词
