Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the drug application level of outpatient prescriptions and promote the clinical use of drugs by the statistical analysis of the outpatient prescriptions in the year of 2012 in the hospital . Methods: Ac-cording to the relevant laws and regulations , 46 831 outpatient prescriptions were extracted and evaluated in a random sampling way in 2012 . Results: The unreasonable proportion of prescriptions was 3 . 6% which declined in recent years . Among the unreasonable prescriptions , irregular prescriptions , inappropriate and supernormal prescriptions made up 47 . 8%, 44 . 8% and 7 . 4% respectively . Conclusion: The evaluation results showed that since the establishment of prescription statistic system and intervention measures , the level of rational drug use reflected in outpatient prescriptions had been constantly improved and the prescription medication kept in a good level .关键词
