摘要
Abstract
Although the workforce of licensed pharmacist in China has been greatly developed its role is less than satisfactory . The key reason lied in the fact that the role of licensed pharmacist has deviated from the real needs of society . Excessive attention was paid on the drug quality but the medication process control for patients was ignored . Thus , it is unable to make patient recognize the professional function value of licensed pharmacist . Therefore , repositioning the role of licensed pharmacist is necessary to adapt to changes . In order to improve the practicing capability of licensed pharmacist , pharmacy education and continuing education in China should be promoted and reformed .关键词
