米氮平致血小板减少性紫癜1例

摘要
Abstract
A 32-year-old woman with depression received mirtazapine for treatment . Eight days after her con-tinuous use of mirtazapine , red purple flaky plaque appeared on her double inner thigh , and blood platelet count decreased to 87 × 109/L. She was diagnosed as thrombocytopenia purpura induced by mirtazapine. Ten days after stopping use of mirtazapine , her ecchymosis disappeared and her blood platelet count returned to normal ( 210 × 109/L ) .关键词
