某地基层医疗机构4种基本药物不合理使用情况调查分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical medication in basic medical institutions of this re-gion and to find out the main factors of irrational use of drugs so as to provide a reference for improving the level of rational use of essential medicines in basic medical institutions . Methods:Four essential medicines including Qingkailing injection , Shenmai injection , injectable Ceftriaxone and Levofloxacin injection were chosen as the key varieties for monitoring from those essential drugs defined by the ADR Monitoring Center of Guangdong Province . All the outpatient prescriptions of the four essential medicines were collected and analyzed statistically in four repre-senting medical institutions from October 2012 to April 2013 . Results: From October 2012 to April 2013 in the ba-sic medical institutions of this region , the proportion of unreasonable prescription of Qingkailing injection , Shenmai injection , Ceftriaxone for injection and Levofloxatcin injection was 97 . 2%, 88 . 2%, 86 . 1% and 38 . 4% respectively . The irrational drug use mainly reflected in the following aspects , medication with no indications , improper use of an-tibacterials,unreasonable use of pediatric drugs and inappropriate administration of medicines,etc. Conclusion:Irra-tional drug use is common in basic medical institutions . It is necessary to strengthen the intervention on the rational drug use in basic medical institutions .关键词
