Abstract
Objective:To analyze the existing problems in the instructions of traditional Chinese medicine injec-tion so as to provide a reference for clinical pharmacist to make a sound guidance in the safe and reasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods:Through the collection of 45 samples of instructions of tradi-tional Chinese medicine injections commonly used in medical institutions of the city, an analysis was made on the comprehensiveness and integrity of the instructions.Results:In the 45 samples, the following items were labeled on the instructions with a high recovery rate, including approval date,modification date, composition,description, functions indicated,specifications,dosage and usage,adverse reaction,contraindications,precautions,storage,validity, registered number,manufacture and so on,while other items were labeled in a low recovery rate such as warnings, medication in women during pregnancy and lactation,children and the aged patients and special groups of people, pharmacology and toxicology,and drug interactions.Conclusion:In the instructions of traditional Chinese medicine injection, many items were label missing. The instructions of traditional Chinese medicine injection need to be fur-ther improved and standardized.关键词
