Abstract
Objective: To compare the cost-effectiveness of suxiaojiuxin pills and compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris in CHD so as to provide a reference for relevant decision of drug selection and drug pricing . Methods: Based on a retrospective study design and literature review both at home and abroad , a summary and screening were made on the safety and effectiveness of suxiaojiuxin pills and compound danshen dripping pills for the treatment of angina pectoris in CHD . Meta analysis was made using Revman 5 . 2 software on the effectiveness and safety of the selected data . On this basis the cost-effectiveness of suxiaojiuxin pills and compound danshen dripping pills in the treatment of angina pectoris in CHD was analyzed , and the sensitivity was also evaluated . Results: The effective rate of suxiaojiuxin pills and compound danshen dripping pills was 88 . 57% and 83 . 71% respectively , and the total costs were 384 . 96 yuan and 432 . 95 yuan . Conclusion: Compared with compound danshen dripping pills , suxiaojiuxin pills is better in the treatment of angina pectoris with better effective rate and efficiency and lower cost .关键词
