牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物致过敏性休克1例
One Case of Anaphylactic Shock Caused by Extracts from Rabbit Skin Inflamed by Vaccinia Virus
摘要
Abstract
A 54-year-old male patient who suffered from the right patella fracture was given an operation of open reduction and internal fixation . Extracts from rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia virus injection ( 3 mL∶3 . 6 U ) was given intravenously for his pain after the surgery . Three minutes later after the infusion , the patient developed chest tightness , dyspnea , throat itching and his blood pressure decreased to 70/50 mmHg with heart rate of 98 beats/min . The infusion was immediately stopped and anti-anaphylaxis treatment was given promptly . About 30 minutes later , his symptoms were improved .关键词
