摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of dezocine by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method. Methods: SHIMADZV VP-ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm;5 μm ) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile three triethylamine solution ( 20∶80 ) , the detection wavelength was at 281 nm , the flow rate was 1 mL/min , the column temperature was at 30 ℃, and the sample size was 20 μL. Results: A good linear relationship of dezocine was within the range of 0.05 ~ 0.30 mg/mL (r =1.000 0),the average recovery rate was 100.2% (RSD = 1.0%). Conclusion: The method is simple and accu-rate , and can be used for quantitative analysis of dezocine .关键词
