硫普罗宁致过敏性休克1例
One Case of Anaphylactic Shock Caused by Tiopronin

摘要
Abstract
A 55-year-old female patient was hospitalized due to cirrhosis . Tiopronin ( 0 . 2 g , ivdrip ) was given to protect liver. About 20 min after the drug was given, the symptoms of chest tightness, shortness of breath and pale occurred , with BP 90/60 mmHg , HR 60/min . Anaphylactic shock caused by tiopronin was considered , the symptoms were improved after discontinuation of tiopronin immediately and antianaphylaxis and symptomatic treat-ments were given .关键词
