对碳青霉烯类抗菌药不敏感肠杆菌科细菌耐药性分析
Drug Resistance Analysis of Carbapenem-nonsusceptible Enterobacteriaceae

Abstract
Objective: To understand the drug resistance of carbapenem-nonsusceptible Enterobacteriaceae to commonly used antimicrobial drugs . Methods: About 30 strains of carbapenem-nonsusceptible Enterobacteriaceae were isolated from the patients in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2014 . The strain identification and drug susceptibility tests were performed by the use of Phoenix-100 automatic bacterial identification/drug susceptibility system produced by America BD company . The phenotyes of carbapenemase producing strains were identified by modified Hodge test . Results: The higher sensitive rates ( 100 . 0%, 73 . 3% and 66 . 7%) of 30 strains of carbapen-em-nonsusceptible Enterobacteriacea to polymyxin , amikacin and cotrimoxazole were showed . The resistance rates of carbapenem antibiotics to imipenem and meropenem were 100 . 0% and 86 . 7%. All the isolates were resistant to the commonly used ampicillin , cephalosporins , the compound preparation containing β-lactamase inhibitor and monobactams antibiotics, and the resistance rates to other antibiotics were more than 60.0%. About 26 strains (86.7%)showed positive in the modified Hodge test. Conclusion: Carbapenem-nonsusceptible Enterobacteriaceae are high-yielding strains of carbapenemase with a high degree of multidrug resistance . To prevent such strains producing popular carbapenemase gene , antibiotics should be used reasonably in clinical practice and the monitoring the pro-duction of carbapenemases should be strengthened .关键词
