Abstract
Objective:To develop a method to determine the content of syringin in lilac leaves by HPLC . Methods:Apollo C18 ( 250 mm × 4 . 6 mm , 5 μm ) was adopted with mobile phase of methanol-water ( 15∶85 ) , the detection wavelength was at 265 nm , the column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 0 . 8 mL/min . Results: A good linear correlation of syringin was observed within the range of 0.144 48 ~ 0.722 4 μg/mL (r =0.999 99) and the average recovery was 100.00% with RSD 1.14% (n = 6). Conclusion:The method is conve-nient , sensitive and accurate . It can be used for the quality control of lilac leaves .关键词
