临床药师对1例急性冠脉综合征患者药物治疗的药学监护
Pharmaceutical Care of One Patient with Acute Coronary Syndrome by Clinical Pharmacist
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the way of pharmaceutical care through participating in the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with acute coronary syndromes by clinical pharmacist . Methods: Clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical care for a patient with acute coronary syndrome including the determination of administration route and dosage of antiplatelet drugs , statins , the antihypertensive drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injections , and monitoring of adverse drug reactions and drug interactions . Results: Through the individualized pharmaceutical care , the education on rational drug use in clinical practice and timely solving the problems of medication by clinical pharmacists , the therapeutic effect for the patient was improved efficiently . Conclusion: Clinical pharmacist can improve the therapeutic effect and medication compliance of patient and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions through providing pharmaceutical care directly to patients with acute coronary syndrome .关键词
