Abstract
ABSTRACTObjective:To establish a method for the determination of paeonol in tongfeng pills by HPLC. Methods:Aglient C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm)and UV detector were used for the content determination of paeonol with a mobile phase of methanol-water(40∶60)at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 274 nm and the room temperature was at 30 ℃.Results:A good linear relationship of paeonol and chro-matographic peak area was obtained within the range of 0.104 7~1.047 0 mg/mL,and the recovery rate was 99.78%, RSD = 0.39%.Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the content determination of paeonol in tongfeng pills.关键词
