疫苗接种是预防传染病的一种主动免疫的干预手段，与治疗作用的药物相比，疫苗的准公共产品性质使疫苗在进行药物经济学评价时有一定的特殊性。成本-效果分析是疫苗进行经济学评价的常用方法，本文重点介绍疫苗和生物制品的药物经济学评价特点及疫苗进行成本-效果分析时，与药品评价存在的差异。
