Abstract
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the outpatient prescriptions of antibacterial drugs in a private hospital so as to promote the rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods:About 1 496 prescriptions containing antibacterial drugs were extracted from 5 159 outpatient prescriptions from January to February in 2015. The pre-scription writing,the numbers of prescriptions of oral drug administration and intravenous infusion and the single use and combined use of antibacterial drugs were statistically analyzed,and the rationality of the prescriptions of antibacterial drugs was evaluated.Results:The use rate of antibacterial drugs was 29.00% and 42.51% of antibac-terial drugs was given by infusion. About 312 prescriptions were non standardized,87 prescriptions having the problems of inappropriate medication and 10 of abnormal prescriptions. The prescriptions of single use of antimicro-bial drug were 1 104(73.80%)and that of combined use were 392(26.20%),among which the combination use of two kinds of antibacterial drugs was 23.66%,three kinds of drugs was 2.34% and four kinds of drugs was 0.20%. The reasonable use rate of antibacterial drugs was 72.66%.Conclusion:There were problems in the rational use of antibacterial drugs in the private hospital therefore more attention should be paid by clinicians and hospital leaders.关键词
