不同方法在提高社区医院药库管理效能中的比较分析
Comparison Analysis on Effects of Different Methods in Community Hospital Storehouse Management

Abstract
ABSTRACTObjective:To analyze the effects of the three ways of management applied in the community hospital storehouse administration including the management by experience, method of ABC classification and sort-based analysis techniques, and to compare the advantages and disadvantages of these methods used in community hospitals.Methods:The drug receiving data and actual consumption data during January to December in 2014 were collected through hospital information system and analyzed by ABC classification method and sort-based analysis techniques. At the same time, the application data from 2013 using experience management was compared.Results:By using ABC classification method, there was 67 kinds of type A drugs in hospital drug inventory(9.13% of the total inventory species), with the amount of 13 593 900 Yuan(70.16% of the total <br> amount). Using sort-based analysis techniques, there were 219 kinds of drugs as the key spices for management (37.18% of the total inventory species), with the amount of 17 498 300 Yuan(93.65% of the total amount). Using experience management there were 29 kinds of spices(3.63% of the total inventory species), with the amount of 10 628 300 Yuan(58.04% of the total amount). There was a statistical significance(P<0.05) between the drug spices and a mount of money managed by three different methods.Conclusion:In the community hospital storehouse management the adoption of sort-based analysis techniques made the drug procurement more scientific and ensured the key drug supply. Through strengthening the management ABC classification method can also be used in community hospitals especially with the situation of personnel shortage. While the way of experience approach is no longer suitable for the hospital storehouse management at present.关键词
