88例血液制品专项点评结果与分析

Abstract
ABSTRACTObjective:To analyze the suitability of clinical use of blood products in our hospital so as to pro-vide a reference for continuous improvement and enhancement of rational drug use.Methods:All the medical records containing blood products were checked which were chosen randomly from one week of the first quarter of 2015 and the standardization and rationality of drug use were analyzed.Results:Out of 36 inpatient departments 20 departments used blood products and 88 inpatient records contained human blood albumin,human immunoglobu-lin for intravenous injection and human immunoglobulins. The rate of unreasonable use of blood products was 43.8% mainly involving inappropriate indications(60.5%),inadequate drug selection(26.3%),improper usage and dosage(10.5%)and repeated drug use(5.2%). Among the three kinds of blood products,the unreasonable use rate of human blood albumin was relatively high which was 46.4%. More problems existed in renal medicine,res-piratory medicine and gastrointestinal surgery departments while the drug use was more reasonable in infectious dis-ease and obstetric departments.Conclusion:The management of rational use of blood products by hospital adminis-trative departments needs to be strengthened,the standardization of clinical use of blood products should be worked out and the medical personnel training needs to be enhanced so that the medication suitability can be improved.关键词
