伏立康唑片致视觉障碍1例
One Case of Visual Disturbance Caused by Voriconazole Tablets

摘要
Abstract
A 75-year-old male patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD)received voriconazole tablets(0.2 g,q12h)for antifungal treatment on the fifth day after admission to hospital. The next day after medication,the patient got visual disturbances such as blurred vision and seeing things unclear which was considered as the adverse reactions of voriconazole tablets. After the reduction dose was given, the symptoms still not improved. It was decided to stop using the drug. The patient’s symptoms gradually im-proved after the drug withdrawal.关键词
