明代医家芮经墓志铭考释
Research on the Epitaph of Doctor Rui Jing in the Ming Dynasty
摘要
Abstract
Rui Jing was a famous doctor with excellent medical skills in Ningxia Province during the Ming Dynasty. However, there are only 18 Chinese characters recording him, which can be translated into English as: “He was proficient in veins, especially good at using pills and powders, which were always extremely effective, thus had gained considerable fame for a time” inQianlong Ningxia Fu Zhi. The excavation of epitaph provides important data for understanding his life and medical skills and narrows the previous gap in historical studies. Based on the interpretation of epitaph, this article presented his medicine ideas of following the principles inNei JingandNan Jing, being proficient in veins and attaching great importance to pulse taking.关键词
