Analysis on the Medication Rules of National TCM Masters for the Treatment of Phymatosis Based on Data Mining
目的：探讨国家级名老中医治疗肿瘤的用药规律。方法收集国家级名老中医治疗肿瘤处方，采用关联规则apriori算法和复杂系统熵聚类方法，确定处方中各单味药物频次、药物组合频次、药物之间的关联规则和核心组合等。结果高频药物包括黄芪、半夏、茯苓、白花蛇舌草、生地黄等；高频药物组合包括“白术，茯苓”“陈皮，茯苓”“白术，党参”“茯苓，党参”等；置信度为1的关联规则包括“三棱→莪术”“牡丹皮，桃仁→赤芍”等；新处方包括“莪术，三棱，穿山甲，夏枯草，续断”“重…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the medication rules of national TCM masters’ treatment for phymatosis. Methods The prescriptions for phymatosis of national TCM masters were collected to build a database.
