丹参酮ⅡA抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展
Research Progress in the Anti-tumor Mechanism of Action of Tanshinone IIA
摘要
Abstract
Tanshinone ⅡA has a broad anti-tumor activity and good prospects for clinical application. Its possible mechanism of action involves the regulation of cell cycle, inhibition of cell proliferation, induction of apoptosis, inhibition of tumor invasion, metastasis and inhibition of angiogenesis, and reversal of multidrug resistance. This article reviewed the research progress of anti-tumor effect of tanshinone ⅡA in recent years.关键词
