Abstract
Taking the copper tailings of a domestic enterprise as raw materials, this paper researched the roasting temperature, air intake and roasting-sand leaching. The results showed that: when the roasting temperature was 620~650℃, feeding flow is 212.4 kg/h and 291.2 kg/h, the line speed is 0.14 m/s and 0.19 m/s (room temperature) conditions, concentration of SO2 in flue gas is 8%~9%, the yield rate of roasting-sand is 79%~81%, the desulfurization rate is 90%~91%, the copper leaching rate is >80%. The roasting experiment can meet the comprehensive utilization of copper tailings at high altitudes, reduce the production cost and reduce adverse impact on the environment of the large amount of solid waste emissions.关键词
