摘要
Abstract
Hemorrhagic transformation (HT) is one of the most critical complications of acute ischemic stroke. Recently, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can be used to accurately reflect the physiological mechanism of HT, such as diffusion weighted imaging can be used to reflect the metabolic disturbances of brain cells, perfusion weighted imaging can be used to relfect the perfusion defects of brain tissue, and blood-brain barrier permeability imaging can be used to relfect the destruction of the blood brain barrier, thus helping to assess the risk of HT. This review is focused on current knowledge regarding the application and progress of MRI for predicting HT.关键词
