Abstract
Autophagy may be a new therapeutic target for stroke according to recent research, but whether activation of autophagy plays a positive role or negative role in neuronal survival is still controversial. This review summarizes the dual effects of autophagy in ischemia/hypoxia-induced neuronal injury and its possible signaling pathways.关键词
