颞骨岩部胆脂瘤的临床诊断与治疗
Diagnosis and managementof Petrous Bone Cholesteatoma
摘要
Abstract
Petrous bone cholesteatoma is a rare clinical disease. It grows around the labyrinth very slowly. It has the similar clinical symptoms with other temporal bone diseases such as:hearing loss, facial palsy, and vertigo. so itcan be easily misdiagnosed. With the development of imaging technology and microsurgery techniques, significant progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of petrous bone cholesteatoma. This research mainly reviews literatures on petrous bone choles-teatoma in recent years, with a summary on the methods of its diagnosis and differential diagnosis, PBC classification, choice of surgical approach, optimal treatment scheme, and selection of suitable operative methods. In the end, we hope to provide an optimized therapeutic approach to improve patient’s quality of life.关键词
