The Survey about the Time and Reason of Hearing Screening Referral In parts Of Guizhou Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To count the time and reason of children hearing screening referral in our hospital. To analyze preliminarily the problems of hearing screening and referral in parts of Guizhou Province. Methods To count the hearing screening referral time, screening times in other hospitals, reasons for referral and comparison of screening results between oth-er hospitals and our’s of 817 children. Results The referral time in those children who were told the knowledge about hearing screening was earlier significantly than those who were found with suspected hearing abnormalities . In rescreening referrale children, the consistent results of OAE between other hospitals and our’s accounted 56.93%(452/794 ears),the incompatible results accounted 43.07%(342/794 ears).The consistent results of other hospitals’OAE and our AABR accounted 57.92%(139/240 ears),the incompatible results accounted 42.08%(101/240 ears).The compliance rate of the children with risk factors was higher than the rate of the normal children(p<0.05). Conclusion Now hearing screening referral in Guizhou Province existed some problems. Standardized training should be strengthened and hearing screening referral system should be implemented.关键词
