Abstract
Objective To assess the accuracy of thresholds using bone conduction auditory steady state responses (AS-SR) in a group of patients with conductive hearing loss. Methods Twenty-six (32ears) patients with conductive hearing loss were assessed by ASSR and by pure tone audiometry, and the results were compared between these two methods. Results The thresholds of ASSR and PTA were well correlated, with ASSR thresholds bering higher than PTA thresholds. The accuracy of ASSR results were similar to those of PTA. Conclusions ASSR can be used to assess the hearing threshold in patients with conductive hearing loss.关键词
