豚鼠内淋巴囊经颅快速取材方法的研究
A Method for Fast Harvest of Guinea Pig Endolymphatic Sac
摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce a technique for fast harvest of guinea pig endolymphatic sac for study of inner ear functions changes. Method Transcranial dissection was conducted in alive healthy adult guinea pigs under a microscope and recorded on a camera system. Specimens were cross-examined histologically. Results The endolymphatic sac location was projected on the guinea pig skull, which successfully guided harvest of the endolymphatic sac under the microscope, with histo-logical confirmation. Conclusions Intracranial vivisection of endolymphatic sac in guinea pig is a simple and easy technique.关键词
