摘要
Abstract
Objective To outcomes of cartilage wall scraping plus pressure dressing in treating auricular cartilage pseu-docyst. Methods Twenty one cases (27 ears, including 6 cases of bilateral lesion) of auricular pseudocyst were treated be-tween January 2009 and December 2012. In14 ears, only one cartilage wall was scraped followed by pressure dressing, while in the other 13 ears both anterior and posterior cartilage walls were scraped before pressure dressing. Results Complete reso-lution of lesion was achieved with both methods in all ears (100%success rate), with no complications. However, some obser-vation parameters were different between the two methods (P<0.05). Conclusions Single cartilage wall scraping with pres-sure dressing is simple and easy to apply, with satisfactory results.关键词
