摘要

Abstract

Molecular level regulation of inner ear cells development in mammals has become a research hot spot recent⁃ly. Studies show that multiple cell cycle proteins are involved in the regulation of auditory epithelial development, including cellular proliferation and differentiation processes. In studying cochlear development in mammals, understanding cell cycle regulatory factors and their functions, as well as related genetic regulation mechanisms, is of critical importance. Toward this end, the current paper provides a review of relevant research advances in recent years.
