Link Nursing Care of Patients on Treatment of New Hypobaric Oxygen Chamber Methods for Audiological Vestibular Medicine Disease

Abstract
Objective Summarize the key points of nursing on treatment of new hypobaric oxygen chamber methods for audiological vestibular medicine disease. Methods We recruited 18 patients, 12 had low-frequency fluctuating sensori-neural hearing loss, 3 had tinnitus, 2 had Large Vestibular Aqueduct Syndrome,1 had Meniere's disease,treated new hypo-baric oxygen chamber. We made a whole link nursing care program before, during and after the new hypobaric oxygen chamber treatment. Before the treatment, we should made a full assessment on patients’body and psychology. During the chamber treatment, oxygen breathing and Middle ear regulation were very important. And also we should pay attention to the side effect. After going out of the chamber, we had better grasp what the patients thinking on the treatments, observe changing on tinnitus, ear stuffiness and hearing, and treat them immediately. Results with the link nursing care, all 19 pa-tients completed the total treatment without side effects. Conclusions the link nursing care program could prove patients on treatment of new hypobaric oxygen chamber safely.关键词
