枕部皮下肌组织瓣填塞开放式乳突根治腔的干耳效果
Mastoid Obliteration with Occipital Myosubcutaneous Flap in Open Cavity Mastoidectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and the operation tips of the mastoid obliteration with occipital myosubcutaneous flap in the open cavity mastoidectomy. Methods 29 cases (29 ears) who had accepted the mastoid oblitera⁃tion with occipital myosubcutaneous flap in the open cavity mastoidectomy during April, 2012 to January, 2014 in Peking Union Medical College Hospital. The clinical information of these cases was retrospective analyzed. Results The follow up pe⁃riod is 6-28 months. All the patients acquired a dry ear eventually. There was no secretion in the ear 21-56 days postopera⁃tively, mean 33.5 days. The period of completely reepithelization of the cavity and flap was 35-98 days, with a mean period of 61.7days. The new ear canal cleans itself well. Conclusions The mastoid obliteration can be acquired good result of dry ear with the occipital myosubcutanous flap in the open cavity mastoidectomy.关键词
