医护合作型健康教育路径在儿童耳蜗植入术的应用
Effect of Medical Care Cooperative Health Education Process on the Clinical Children with Cochlear Implantation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of medical care cooperative health education process on the clinical chil⁃dren with cochlear implantation. Methods 168 children were divided into 2 groups, 82 children by the medical cooperation process in the intervention group and 86 children by the routine process in the control group. Compare the sedative success rate, dressing loose rate, incidence of complications, parents’awareness rate of health education knowledge between the two groups. Results There are significant differences in the sedative success rate, parents’awareness rate of health education knowledge between the two groups( P<0.05). The dressing loose rate and incidence of complications for the intervention group are significantly lower than those for the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion The medical cooperative health education pro⁃cess can help parents to improve disease awareness, promote healthy behavior, reduce the incidence of postoperative complica⁃tions, improve the quality of medical care service.关键词
