肿瘤性骨软化症3例并文献复习
Tumor induced osteomalacia:three cases and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Objective We analyze the clinical features of three case with tumor induced osteomalacia (TIO), in order to improve the understanding of this disease .Methods The clinical data of three patients with TIO in recent one year were retrospectively analyzed .Results Three patients complained of bone pain , height loss , and activities difficult . Laboratory and imaging examination showed hypophosphatemia and raised bone turnover markers , osteoporosis , osteomala-cia and pseudo-fracture.In two patients by PT-CT found that the tumor , another was through physical findings .These tumors were treated with surgical operation and pathologically confirmed .The serum phosphorus concentration gradually increased to normal range after tumor resection .Conclusion Tumor induced osteomalacia have typical clinical features . After the removal of the tumor can cure the disease .Therefore, early detection of tumor is the key .It is an important sig-nificance to carefully check the body and PET-CT imaging for tumor detection and location .关键词
