Zebrafish as an animal model of human disease
摘要
Abstract
As a novel animal model the zebrafish has been widely applied in biological research and therefore has became an integral part to the research of human disease gradually .Zebrafish genomen is highly homologous to hu-man, and related experimental studies of zebrafish in genetic , developmental , drug screening and other fields have made a lot of new progress with the improvement of experimental techniques .This paper reviews literatures of zebrafish resear-ches in bone, heart, nervous system, cancer and other aspects, aiming to provide some inspiration to the clinical rele-vance study .关键词
