Abstract
Metabolomics is commonly known as a quantitative analysis of all endogenous low-molecular-weight components (relative molecular mass <1 000)in a biological sample,such as cells,tissue,plasma, urine or saliva of organisms.The main techniques of metabolomics include nuclear magnetic resonance, liquid phase-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, etc.Many studies on the applications of metabolomics in asthma have reported, including in the filed of pathogenesis, pathophysiology,early diagnosis and therapeutic effects monitoring.The progress of metabolomics in the research filed of asthma was review in this article,providing a new direction for the studies on pathogenesis, early diagnosis and treatment of asthma.关键词
