Abstract
Extracellular regulated protein kinases ( ERK) is one of the members of mitogen-activated protein kinase families , which plays a relevant biological effects through the activation of ERK phosphorylation ,and the move in the nucleus from cytoplasm to activate downstream signaling molecules . Recent studies have shown that the protein plays an important role in inflammation ,autophagy ,apoptosis and cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage ( SAH) .Further elaborating on the molecular mechanisms of ERK participate in inflammation , autophagy , apoptosis and cerebral vasospasm after SAH , and a new research direction will be provided for us to use ERK as a target molecule after SAH .关键词
