Effect of genetic polymorphism of apolipoprotein E on brain volume
摘要
Abstract
Apoliprotein E ( ApoE ) is a main plasma protein .Its genetic polymorphism is associated with a variety of nervous system diseases ,such as Alzheimer′s disease,but the pathogenetic mechanism is uncertain.In recent years,some abroad studies have found that genetic polymorphism of ApoE has distinct effect on the brain volume in patients with Alzheimer′s disease and healthy elderly adults ,which provides new thoughts to illustrate the mechanism that how the ApoE gene influences the nervous system .关键词
