重复性经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后失语的研究进展
Research progress on applying repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation to post-stroke aphasia
摘要
Abstract
Aphasia is a common complication of stroke , which affects a person′s quality of life devastatingly .While pharmacological treatments , professionally administered speech-language therapy and physical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine are commonly employed treatment of stroke induced aphasia , their therapeutic effects are quite variable and are generally modest .Increasing evidences suggest that repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation ( rTMS) as a non-invasive brain stimulation technique has shown promise as potential approaches for enhancing aphasia recovery .In this review, we first examined the possibility of employing rTMS to post-stroke language recovery .Then,we discussed the current state and the possible mechanism of employing rTMS as research tools in patients who experienced post -stroke aphasia .We reviewed the therapeutic protocol ,stimulation parameters and the therapeutic result in papers detailedly .We also discussed the contributions from the dominant and non-dominant hemispheres after rTMS .This paper aimed to provide a reference to a further application and its mechanism of rTMS to post -stroke language recovery.关键词
