慢病毒载体介导的帕金森病基因治疗新进展
New progress of lentiviral-mediated gene therapy for Parkinson′s disease
摘要
Abstract
Parkinson′s disease ( PD ) is the most common movement disorder in the aged , its neuropathological hallmark is a prominent loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra and the presence of intracytoplasmic inclusions , called Lewy bodies .PD is typically treated with oral dopamine replacement therapies;however , there is still no curative treatment for PD .With the recent development of effective gene delivery systems,gene therapy of PD has a broad and far-reaching prospects.In this review,we provided new progress of lentiviral-mediated gene therapy and research for PD .关键词
